Postage in the UK

I’ll post your pots royal mail 2nd class within two or three days of your order. Postage can be quite pricey for larger items. The postage and packing cost will be added to your order for each item at checkout.

Local Pickup

You are welcome to avoid postage and pick up your pots directly from me. Simply select ‘local pickup’ during checkout and contact me to arrange collection. All orders must be collected within two weeks.

Packaging

I re-use as much packaging as possible, and buy recycled and biodegradable cardboard and filler to protect your post in transit.

Breakages

Occasionally pots do get broken in the post, if this happens please contact me within 14 days and I’ll send you a replacement item asap.

Returns

Refunds are only available for items damaged in the post. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me.
